Marine Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will have a minimum of 20 years experience as a marine service technician with expertise in outboards, stern drive engines, drives, plumbing systems, hydraulic systems and electrical systems on boats 20′ – 50′ in size. Manufacturer certifications are required so be prepared to share your transcript from either Mercury or Yamaha. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. The Marine Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the optimal performance of marine equipment.

We are looking to expand our service business within our four bay indoor service department. We have the right equipment for a highly skilled certified technician to utilize and we pay on straight time not flat rate with annual incomes exceeding $100,000 for the qualifications stated above.
