Boat Yard Operator

We are seeking a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team as a Boat Yard operator  In this role, you will be responsible for hauling and launching boats, operating yard machinery, and ensuring the marina is clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be eager to learn and advance, and have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities:

• Haul, block, and launch boats
• Operate yard machinery, such as a forklift, travel lift, and power washer
• Ensure the marina is clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous marina experience preferred
• Heavy forklift experience is a plus
