Work Responsibilities

Marina attendants work under the direction of the Dockmaster. You will be responsible for providing customer service while assisting the boating guests with tasks associated with the fuel dock, transient docks, member docks, and marina grounds.

On the Job Training

The Marine Trades Industry Partnership is a paid, on-the-job training program for young workers starting their career. The ideal candidate is 18 to 24 with a strong desire to succeed and work around boats and water. Candidates will gain confidence from learning their trade, security from knowing their skill cannot be outsourced, and motivation from excellent pay and upward mobility.
