Work Responsibilities

Electronics Technicians install, service, repair, and provide warranty work on all brands of marine electronics like GPS & Radar, Audio, Communication, Connectivity, Surveillance and Security systems. With this occupation, you’ll be the “IT” of boats.

On the Job Training

The Marine Trades Industry Partnership is a paid, on-the-job training program for young workers starting their career. The ideal candidate is 18 to 24 with a strong desire to succeed and work around boats and water. Candidates will gain confidence from learning their trade, security from knowing their skill cannot be outsourced, and motivation from excellent pay and upward mobility.
