Sales Advisor

Pocket Yacht Company is looking for a driven, organized Sales Associate to join our team in Grasonville, MD. If you thrive on building relationships, managing leads, and guiding customers from first contact to delivery, this is your chance to grow with a premier boat dealership. (TOP 20 Dealer, 5-Star Certified Dealer)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inbound leads (phone, email, text, walk-ins)

• Guide customers through the full buying journey

• Maintain CRM activity and follow-ups

• Coordinate with team members to move deals forward

• Represent us at boat shows & events

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills

• Highly organized and self-motivated

• Sales experience in the marine industry is a big plus

• Experience boating, towing, or captain’s license preferred
